I chose BL Groundworks to complete a total refurbishment of a 2 bedroom first floor flat. Bedri and his team worked quickly and professionally and completed the work to a very good standard.

They began with a strip out of all the old fittings from kitchen and bathroom. All floor coverings were removed and then the work began. I needed new plumbing throughout the flat and this was done quickly and then pressure tested to ensure it was all secure.

All walls and ceilings were stripped and then skimmed with new plaster and new lighting was installed.

New kitchen and bathroom were fitted and finally the flat was decorated and a new wooden floor was laid.

I am very happy with the result and would highly recommend Bedri and his team.
