Project Overview:

Following the completion of the core groundworks, this project phase focused on transforming the site into a welcoming, accessible, and aesthetically refined living space. From walkways to green spaces, all details were executed to a high standard with attention to durability, drainage, and visual harmony with the architecture.

Scope of Works:

• Tarmac Footpaths and Access Routes:
  Precision-laid tarmac pathways and shared access roads were formed and rolled to finish, with neat edging and smooth transitions to adjacent surfaces.

• Entrance Paving and Thresholds:
  Natural stone slabs were installed at property entrances using a well-compacted bedding layer and tamping techniques, creating level and attractive access points.

• Decorative Edging and Stone Borders:
  Hand-laid granite setts and concrete edging stones framed planting beds and pavement zones, blending durability with modern design.

• Topsoil and Turf Preparation:
  Green areas were rotavated, raked, and prepared with screened topsoil in anticipation of turfing and planting. Small trees and structural plants were positioned for long-term growth.

• Final Cleanup and Finishes:
  All areas were compacted, brushed down, and left free from construction residue, giving the development a “move-in ready” finish.
